Just another manic Monday... blah! Here is Central Illinois, we are experiencing freezing rain and icy roads :( I am so ready for it to be spring. Stuck in the house, I decided to get some things done like laundry and cleaning. I'm also starting my new workout program, 21 Day Fix, which I'm ready excited about! Details about this workout are HERE in my previous post. Now on to today's post... I haven't done a WIWW post in a while, so I made sure to take some pictures of my outfits this Valentine's Day weekend. Jeff and I went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse on Friday since everywhere else we booked up. So Saturday was are real date night as we went to listen to a great jazz band and then dined at our favorite local restaurant called Paco's Sol Bistro. Delicious food and always a great time. Another wonderful Valentine's Day down in the books :)

Five on Friday *Valentine's Day Edition*

Hello to all you love birds out there! Today is the day to let your special someone know how much you love and care about them :) I can be such a hopeless romantic sometimes and my husband on the other hand thinks Valentine's Day is just another day haha men! I agree that you should celebrate love all year long and not just on one holiday but it is fun with all the hype around it! I love LOVE {call me cheesy}, so I want to make this 5 on Friday all lovey dovey just for you!
©One© Gold Bar Necklace
This is one of my favorite gifts ever from my hubby! I have seen that these gold bar necklaces are all the rage lately, especially with celebrities! I knew I wanted one but with a personal touch to make it a little bit different. I thought engraving our wedding anniversary in roman numerals would be so special and meaningful :) With that idea in mind, I went straight to my go to site, Etsy, and began to search for shops that could make it happen! Jeff was asking me what I wanted for Vday and I shared my idea of the necklace and he thought that was awesome and said, "you want it, you got it babe!" Yay! Thanks to my hubby, I placed my ordered and I am very pleased! I will treasure this forever and ever.

Hello, my name is Sara Neisslie and I have a candy addiction! Any that knows me can tell you that I am obsessed with candy. I love it all- nerds, sweet-tarts, sour punch straws, crybaby tears to name a few. I am always pumped when a new holiday is approaching because I have certain seasonal candy that I can't wait to go out and buy (call me crazy, I just can't help it). Here are some of my Valentine's Day favorites...

As a new Beachbody coach, I am ready to jump right in and start helping people with their health and fitness! Who is ready to eat better, workout more, and lose those lbs.?!?! Transformation Tuesday

Have you ever discovered a passion for something that you thought you would never have?! I will be the first to admit that working out and exercise was never a priority in my life until I hit my breaking point at the end of October. You can read about my commitment to change in my previous post about "New Year, New ME!". It was a wake up call to be better and feel better! I am so much happier now that I chose to put fitness first. I am no where near being done with my journey, I have only just begun! Brazil Butt Lift was my first Beachbody program and I want to continue to grow with Beachbody as I transform my body to be the best possible!
I made the choice to become a Beachbody coach!!! I can't wait to help other people achieve their fitness goals. After receiving such an overwhelming amount of support and positive comments on my BBL transformation, I knew this was something I wanted to do because I thought I NEVER could. I want to inspire people! I believed that I can do it and so can YOU :) This is only the beginning...
I want to learn as much as I can about this business and one way to connect with people is to become "A Product of the Product" I have shown my before and after pictures from Brazil Butt Lift but that isn't where I stop. I need to do more in order to help others, I must complete more Beachbody programs, so I can share and teach about them! I am beginning my next program in a week and I AM PUMPED! This program will be life changing. It sold out within 48 hours of its release.. SOLD OUT! It is called "21 Day Fix"- the number says it all! 21 days. 30 minute work outs. Color coordinated portion control containers. No more guessing, if it's on the list, you can eat it! I can't wait to keep you all updated as I blog about my 21 Day Fix- pictures and all! Contact me via email: or my Facebook page if you are interested :)
This quote is ME! It finally just clicked one day, so I changed.

Super Bowl Weekend 2014

One of my favorite weekends in February.. THE SUPER BOWL!! What do I look forward to the most?! That would be the football, commercials, halftime show, & FOOD :) It's one of those days where the diet kind of goes out the window to enjoy some comfort food that tastes oh so yummy.

Before Superbowl Sunday, Jeff and I had a little date night on Saturday, where we bowled together for the first time! I know, I can't believe we have been together almost 7 years and never went bowling with one another. It was just a spontaneous decision as we sat inside most of the day bored and I randomly thought- Hey! Let's go bowling babe :) I was so pumped about the idea that I was jumping around, shouting excitedly while getting ready (I actually began singing parts of the song "Let's Bowl" from Grease 2 haha). It is something we haven't done together, so it's only normal to get really slap happy, right??! My goal was to bowl 100 or better and get at least 1 strike. I was able to accomplish both of them! Jeff and I had a blast and can't wait to go bowling together again soon. It's the little things :)
caught ya babe!
Strike please!!

*Super Bowl Grub*
I made two different things for our mini super bowl party! I love making pasta salad with Olive Garden dressing! It just adds an extra punch of flavor and I can't stop eating it :) I also wanted to add pictures of the taco dip I talked about in my last post with all ingredients and prep work!
We celebrated the big game day with our friends- Chase & Lindsay, they invited us over to their home to watch the game and hang out. We had fun together and you could say our husbands had a little TOO much fun because they wanted to play a Peyton Manning Drinking Game. Especially since the game didn't go in the favor for The Broncos, Jeff and Chase didn't far very well either haha :)
I also really enjoyed the halftime show! I love Bruno Mars and hope to see him live in concert someday. He is full of energy and I like how his band gets into with him as they dance and play all the different instruments. You can't deny that he has an amazing voice!
Overall, we had a great Super Bowl weekend! Hope all of you did as well and enjoy your week :) Not looking forward to more snow in the forecast for Central Illinois.. more blogs posts will be in the works if I'm stuck inside all day!
